Marinade for Tempeh (marinate 8 ounces tempeh 30-90 mins, panfry until dark on both sides)


  • 3/4 cup of Millet
  • 1 1/2 cups of Veggie Broth
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 medium Onion chopped
  1. 1.Saute the onion in a little bit of onion oil
  2. Once it starts to soften, add the millet and toast it for about 4 minutes
  3. Add the veggie broth and salt and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn heat down, cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed

Roasted Kale (I added nutritional yeast)

  • 2 TB dijon mustard
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1 tsp safflower oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 head and stalk of broccoli, cut into 1 inch pieces
